Job Description:

Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s personal injury department, they are now seeking a paralegal to run a case load of EL and PL files, whilst assisting the Partner with their complex injury caseload.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases involving employers liability / public liability as you will be responsible for running a case load from initial instruction to investigate liability and quantum, taking witness statements and instructions, reviewing complex disclosure, making offers and negotiating settlement, and instructing counsel to take cases to trial.
