William James Recruitment is seeking an EL/PL Paralegal to join a top-tier law firm with hybrid working in Liverpool or Leeds. You will handle pre-litigated Employers Liability and Public Liability matters and gain exposure to a varied, fast-paced caseload.

The role involves managing a caseload from instruction to settlement, supporting senior fee earners, reviewing evidence, and maintaining client, insurer and third-party communications.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in personal injury claims, ideally EL/PL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proactive, flexible and team-focused approach.
• Salary up to £34,000 depending on experience.

A top-tier legal firm is seeking an EL / PL Paralegal to join its proactive and well-established team in Liverpool or Leeds. The firm is recognised for handling pre-litigated Employers Liability & Public Liability matters for leading insurance clients and offers excellent exposure to a varied and fast-paced caseload.

This is a strong opportunity for an EL / PL Paralegal with personal injury experience to develop their expertise within a supportive and high-performing environment in Leeds or Liverpool.

The Role:

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigated EL / PL matters
• Work on personal injury claims from instruction through to settlement
• Assist senior fee earners on higher-value and complex matters
• Review evidence and assess key liability and quantum issues
• Maintain communication with clients, insurers and third parties
• Support case strategy and contribute to efficient case progression
