William James Recruitment in Manchester seeks an EL/PL Litigation Executive or Fee Earner to manage own caseload of pre- and post-litigation EL/PL claims within a supportive team. The role offers hybrid and flexible working and clear progression opportunities with a reputable Legal 500 firm.

You will draft statements, review medical reports, instruct experts and counsel, and handle conferences or hearings as required, delivering excellent client care throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload of EL/PL claims.
• Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Litigation experience preferred but not essential.
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritise a varied workload.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and client care ability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a nationally recognised Legal 500 firm based in Manchester, with an excellent reputation for Personal Injury litigation and client care.

Due to continued growth and success, the firm is now looking to appoint an EL/PL Litigation Executive or Fee Earner to join its expanding team. You'll manage your own caseload of pre- and post-litigation matters while working within a supportive environment that offers genuine long-term career development.

The Role:

• Manage your own caseload of EL/PL claims (pre and post litigation)
