HARKAYE CORE TALENT LIMITED in Greater Manchester is seeking an EL/PL Lawyer to handle occupiers', employers' and public liability claims with 2+ years' experience. You will manage a quality caseload from instruction through to settlement or trial, delivering outstanding client service in a forward-thinking firm.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience handling EL/PL/OL claims
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
Strong knowledge of Employers' Liability, Occupiers' Liability and Public Liability matters
Experience managing claims from inception to conclusion, including trial preparation where required
Excellent client care and communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage own caseload of EL/PL/OL claims from instruction to settlement or trial
Deliver excellent client service throughout the litigation process
Prepare for trials where required
