What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a caseload of fast and multi-track EL/PL claims from start to finish.
• Handling both pre- and post-litigation work under the supervision of senior lawyers.
• Drafting legal documents, preparing court bundles, and negotiating settlements.
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, insurers, and third parties.
• Meeting performance targets with quality and compliance in mind.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing your own caseload of EL/PL files, ideally in a claimant-focused firm.
• Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation processes.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, client-first mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
