Veolia Environmental Services (Uk) Plc seeks an experienced EICA engineer to lead Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation on water treatment projects in the UK. You will manage procurement for MCCs, cabling and control systems, while coordinating software URS and interface with clients and subcontractors.

You will develop technical specifications, review drawings, conduct bid evaluations and FATs, and ensure QA/safety compliance on site visits and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in electrical engineering or extensive practical experience (UK relevance).
• Experience in UK water industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with BS7671 IEE Wiring Regulations (18th edition).
• Able to interpret drawings, specs and client requirements.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Oversee EICA aspects on water treatment projects from design to commissioning.
• Procure MCC, cabling, and electrical equipment.
• Produce load and instrument schedules, equipment specs.
• Develop URS for software control systems.
• Review sub-contractor drawings against client specs.
• Conduct technical bid evaluations and FATs.
• Visit sites for meetings and occasional supervision.
• Support tendering department with EICA inputs.
• Report on EICA progress against budget and schedule.
• Ensure activities comply with QA and safety procedures.
