Job summary

United Living is looking for an experienced EHV Cables Construction Manager in Scotland to oversee critical cabling projects. You will supervise teams, ensure technical compliance, and manage procurement of materials.

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in cable installation, project management, and relevant certifications, including a full UK Driving License. This role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects across Scotland, supporting the transition to a low-carbon energy system.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise of the civil, cable and/or electrical aspects of cabling projects.
• Experience managing sites and field-based staff on cable or substation projects.
• Qualified with a technical diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver key packages of construction projects.
• Assist in the production of construction plans and manage procurement.
• Support the Site Manager and Project Manager.

Skills

Health and Safety compliance

Street works and Local Authorities permit knowledge

Education
