Job summary

NP Aerospace is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead and continually improve our EHS strategy across multiple Coventry sites. This on-site role drives world-class safety and regulatory compliance within a high‑hazard manufacturing environment.

You will own our Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems, coordinating audits, training, and risk reduction initiatives while supporting pioneering defence products.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK EH&S legislation and compliance.
• Experience leading internal and external audits and regulatory interaction.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS across Coventry sites, ensuring legal compliance and safety culture.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and drive ISO 45001 across the business.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with regulators and auditors.
• Develop training programmes and risk reduction initiatives.
• Provide expert EHS guidance to all levels of the organisation.
