Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an on-site Health, Safety & Environment Lead for our Coventry site. You will champion a world-class safety culture within a high‑performance manufacturing environment, driving the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of EHS standards while ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

You will lead risk assessments, training, and reporting while aligning with our continuous improvement ethos and ensuring engagement across all levels of the business.

Qualifications

• On-site safety leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements.
• Experience implementing EHS systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of EHS standards at the Coventry site.
• Ensure legal, safety and environmental compliance across the site.
• Embed best practice and drive proactive risk management and training.
