Job summary

Evergreen Talent Group is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to join a senior project team on a major hyperscale data centre development in Blyth, Northumberland. You will support the Project EHS Manager, lead RAMS reviews, coordinate EHS Advisors and ensure subcontractor compliance across complex construction activities.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Minimum five years' experience in an EHS, HSE or construction health and safety position.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and CDM Regulations 2015.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EHS strategy for a major hyperscale data centre project in Blyth.
• Coordinate RAMS reviews and ensure controls are implemented on site.
• Oversee inspections, audits and incident investigations with EHS Advisors.
• Mentor EHS team members and drive professional development.
• Support subcontractor EHS management and performance monitoring.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and compliance with client requirements.
