Job summary

Kronospan is seeking an EHS Graduate to join the Environment, Health & Safety team at our Chirk, Wrexham site. This early-career role provides hands-on exposure to waste management, environmental compliance and site auditing in a global manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate waste collections, assist with audits and contribute to monthly KPI reports and environmental records, gaining practical experience across regulatory requirements, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support scheduled waste collections across site, working closely with contractors and internal departments
• Carry out internal waste audits, weekly waste ticket reviews and waste sampling, helping to drive continuous improvement in waste segregation and minimisation
• Assist with the weekly environmental audit checker and support wider EHS audits and site inspections
• Help prepare monthly KPI reports and maintain accurate environmental records

The role will focus mainly on supporting waste collections and administration, alongside wider EHS duties.
