Responsibilities:

• Deliver EHS services and solutions that align with legal and corporate requirements.
• Develop and support EHS&S technical areas, such as chemical agents.
• Advise on risk mitigation controls for health hazards in the workplace.
• Review chemical and COSHH risk assessments.
• Support industrial hygiene monitoring, including noise and air exposure.
• Manage PPE and RPE programs and respond to related queries.
• Conduct mask fit tests and manage testing for the Emergency Response Team.
• Build partnerships with R&D and support functions to provide EHS&S guidance.
• Implement and deliver EHS&S programs, procedures, training, audits, and risk assessments.
• Report and communicate EHS data, investigate incidents, and support initiatives.
• Collaborate with EHS professionals to deliver efficient services.
• Assess and minimize EHS risks and refine local management systems.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Expertise in EHS services, particularly in hazardous substance management.
• Ability to develop and support technical EHS&S areas.
• Strong advisory skills for risk mitigation in health hazard scenarios.
• Proficiency in reviewing risk assessments and supporting hygiene monitoring.
• Experience in managing PPE/RPE programs and conducting fit tests.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Capability to implement and support EHS&S programs and initiatives.
• Strong project management skills in a rapidly changing environment.
