Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, functionality, and optimization of the EHR system. This role provides frontline support to providers and staff, assists with training, and participates in testing and implementation of new features and system improvements.

The Analyst collaborates with vendors and IT, maintains workflows, tests changes, and supports go-live activities while coordinating with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to work in an internet-based office environment.
• Experience with EHR systems in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support for the EHR system across clinical and operations teams.
• Triage issues and escalate complex ones to Senior EHR Analyst or vendor.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes and updates.
• Support creation of training materials and deliver initial EHR training.
• Assist with go-live support and communication of changes to users.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical staff on system improvement opportunities.
