Job summary

Elsevier's Clinical Solutions customer success team is seeking an Implementation Analyst to lead the deployment of Clinical Solutions products across healthcare organizations, coordinating with clinical, IT, and operations stakeholders.

You will manage end-to-end implementations, design workflows, support EHR integrations (HL7), deliver training, and promote rapid product adoption while ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization.

Qualifications

• > Experience in software implementation and healthcare IT environments.
• '> Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• '> Ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
• '> Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• > Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Elsevier Clinical Solutions products across healthcare organizations.
• '> Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines and milestones.
• '> Serve as primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
• '> Drive stakeholder engagement across clinical leadership, IT, project managers, and staff.
• '> Provide SME on product functionality and workflows to support adoption.
• '> Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design for customer objectives.
• '> Coordinate and support EHR integration efforts (HL7, interoperability).
• '> Deliver training tailored to diverse user groups to promote adoption.
• '> Identify and escalate risks, issues, and change requests proactively.
• '> Collaborate with Product, Technology, Content, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to improve processes.
• '> Maintain customer-specific documentation and implementation artifacts.
• '> Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and tools.
