Job summary

Richmond Hill Academy is seeking an EHCP Co-Ordinator to cover a maternity leave. You will lead EHCP processes for Rainbow Base, working with families, staff, local authorities and external professionals to secure the best outcomes for children with SEND.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a commitment to developing our specialist provision to support pupils as enthusiastic learners with tailored support.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of supporting children and young people with SEND.
• Excellent knowledge of EHCP processes, safeguarding and multi-agency working.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills – GCSE C or above.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to build supportive relationships with parents and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHCPs, attendance, safeguarding and family support.
• Coordinate multi-agency working with local authorities and external professionals.
• Lead Rainbow Base staff and ensure high-quality provision.
• Monitor pupil progress and secure the best outcomes for pupils with SEND.
