Basingstoke College of Technology is seeking a highly motivated learning support assistant to join the team. You will support the Head of Learning Support in managing EHCP provision for students, tailor in-class support with curriculum teams, and coordinate EHCP reviews.

You will chair review meetings, liaise with external support organisations, and help promote safeguarding and inclusion across college activities.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of EHCP processes and reviews.
• Ability to work with diverse curriculum teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the Head of Learning Support in managing EHCP provision for students.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to tailor in-class support to individual needs.
• Manage the EHCP review process and chair review meetings.
• Liaise with external support organisations to coordinate services.
