Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is expanding its SEND Assessment and Review Service (SENDAR) to strengthen support for children and young people with SEND across the county. The successful candidate will manage a caseload, oversee assessment and review processes, and act as the main contact for families, schools, health, social care and the voluntary sector, promoting partnership working.

Experience as an EHC Plan Coordinator or SEND-related role in local authority or education.
Strong understanding of SEND legislation and statutory timescales.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and coordinate with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of Warwickshire young people and oversee assessment and review processes.
Act as the point of contact throughout with families, schools, health, social care and voluntary sector.
Promote partnership working with families and professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
Work in a fast-paced environment and balance conflicting priorities while communicating clearly.
