Job summary

Yorkshire Farmhouse Eggs Limited is seeking an Egg Packing Station Technical Manager to lead our site technical, quality and food safety systems within the packing station. Reporting to senior management, you will own the technical and food safety framework, ensure compliance, audits readiness and alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.

You will manage QA standards, develop procedures, oversee HACCP and site audits, liaise with customers and suppliers, supervise the QA and hygiene

Qualifications

Experienced in technical, quality or food safety management within a food manufacturing or packing environment.
Knowledgeable in HACCP, BRCGS and Quality Management Systems with audit compliance experience.
Highly organised with strong documentation and follow-up skills.
Able to lead QA/hygiene teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee site-wide food safety and quality systems including HACCP and accreditations.
Ensure packing station audit-readiness for BRCGS, customers and third parties.
Lead the Quality Management System and maintain procedures and records.
Develop and maintain technical procedures and document controls.
Manage HACCP system and audit schedules.
Coordinate supplier and customer liaison on quality matters.
Support internal audits and corrective actions.
Collate data, monitor trends and drive continuous improvement.
