Job summary

Selby Jennings is partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire an Electronic FX (eFX) Execution Trader for its expanding electronic trading platform. The role involves managing FX risk, optimizing execution, analyzing client flow and driving commercial growth within the eFX franchise.

You will operate at the intersection of Trading, Quantitative Research and Technology, collaborating with Quant and Tech teams to enhance pricing models and execution algorithms, and developing

Qualifications

• Experience in eFX Trading or related electronic FX roles.
• Strong understanding of FX Spot, NDFs, Swaps, Forwards and Futures.

Responsibilities

• Trade and manage risk across FX Spot, NDFs, Futures, Forwards and Swaps.
• Act as a book runner, managing inventory risk and executing across electronic FX markets.
• Build relationships with clients, liquidity providers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze and monitor FX performance with P&L decomposition and flow analysis.
• Drive monetization of the eFX franchise balancing client, risk and volume.
