Job description

Earn £18.03 per hour

Position: EFL Director of Studies

Oversee our English Language Programme, combining classroom lessons, excursions, and outdoor activities to bring learning to life. Manage a team of EFL teachers, contribute to a safe and engaging environment, and support guest experiences.

You will receive comprehensive induction, ongoing CPD, and support from our Academic Manager, along with access to pre-written courses suitable for levels A1-B2.

Candidate Requirements
  • Hold a Cambridge DELTA/Trinity Diploma, TESOL/TEFL Q, PGCE plus CELTA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in classroom delivery
  • Previous management experience
  • Organised, self-motivated, and diligent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred and willingness to travel between centres
