Role Overview

As an EFL Director of Studies, you will oversee our English Language Programme, which combines classroom lessons, excursions, and outdoor activities. Your responsibilities include managing a team of EFL teachers, ensuring safe and engaging courses, and contributing to an enriching guest experience.

You will receive support through a 4-day induction, CPD reviews, and assistance from our Academic Manager. Pre-written courses for levels A1-B2 are provided, making this an excellent entry into academic management.

Candidate Requirements
  • Cambridge DELTA/Trinity Diploma, TESOL/TEFL Q, PGCE plus CELTA or equivalent
  • Experience in classroom delivery
  • Line management experience
  • Organised, self-motivated, and diligent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK driving license (desirable) and willingness to travel between centers
