Job summary

University of the Arts London is seeking a Part-Time E-commerce Packing & Stock Assistant to join our Brixton-based team. You will pack online orders, print labels, and manage stock in a small e-commerce setup.

Shifts are flexible: roughly 6–9 hours weekly, typically 2–3 hours daily across three weekdays. Experience not essential; reliability, organisation and attention to detail are valued, with training provided on Shopify and stock systems.

Responsibilities

• Packing online customer orders carefully and accurately.
• Printing shipping labels and preparing parcels for collection.
• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock.
• Counting stock and maintaining stock levels.
• Organising products, packaging materials and the stock area.
• Keeping packing and storage areas tidy and well organised.
• Assisting with periodic stock checks.
• Helping with simple order and stock administration.
• Using Shopify and our shipping software with familiarity.
