Job summary

Talon is seeking an Effectiveness Executive to work with the Effectiveness team on research and effectiveness programmes. You will support planning with briefs, co-ordinate campaign effectiveness research and generate regular reporting to keep teams informed of industry trends.

Key tasks include interpreting client KPIs, analysing syndicated studies, creating internal collateral, and staying current with market developments.

Responsibilities

• Support campaigns: interpret client KPIs, manage projects, report data.
• Analyse syndicated studies (e.g., GWI/AMS) to inform briefs for planning teams.
• Create regular effectiveness collateral for internal communication.
• Manage the creative effectiveness process and drive uptake with clients.
• Keep up to date with market trends and share insights with the business.
• Produce market, category, and client reports to support decisions.

THE ROLE_

The role of the Effectiveness Executive is to work closely with the Effectiveness team in the execution of research and effectiveness programmes at Talon. To support planning teams with brief and pitch work as well as co-ordinating campaign effectiveness research. The role is responsible for generating regular reporting and keeping the planning teams up to date on key industry reports and trends.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

• Support the team with campaign effectiveness- understanding and interpreting clients KPIS, project management, analysis and reporting of data and client debriefs
• Regular analysis of syndicated research studies and reporting findings to the business - such as GWI/AMS to support briefs and planning teams
• Creative regular effectiveness collateral to communicate internally
• Manage the creative effectiveness process and look to increase uptake among clients
• Keeping up to date with market trends and communicating to the business
• Provide broad market, category report and client reports to the business
• Develop and grow industry knowledge through attendance of internal and external training programmes - become a member of the Talon Executive programme
• Share knowledge and best practice across the team and business
• Get involved in wider company initiatives including new business pitches, comittees, etc
• Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures
• Demonstrate proper care and respect for corporate assets
