Job summary

Talon Outdoor is seeking an Effectiveness Executive in London to support research programmes and co-ordinate campaign effectiveness projects. You will assist planning teams with briefs, manage reporting, and share key industry trends and KPI insights.

The role involves analysing syndicated studies, presenting findings clearly, and developing internal collateral to inform decision-making while keeping the team updated on market developments.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with campaign effectiveness—understanding and interpreting clients KPIs, project management, analysis and reporting of data and client debriefs
• Regular analysis of syndicated research studies and reporting findings to the business (e.g., GWI/AMS) to support briefs and planning teams
• Create regular effectiveness collateral to communicate insights internally
• Manage the creative effectiveness process and increase uptake among clients
• Keep up to date with market trends and communicate findings to the business
• Provide market, category and client reports to the business
• Develop industry knowledge through internal/external training and participate in the Talon Executive programme
• Share knowledge and best practice across the team and broader company
• Participate in wider company initiatives including new business pitches and committees
• Comply with company policies and protect corporate assets

THE ROLE_

The role of the Effectiveness Executive is to work closely with the Effectiveness team in the execution of research and effectiveness programmes at Talon. To support planning teams with brief and pitch work as well as co-ordinating campaign effectiveness research. The role is responsible for generating regular reporting and keeping the planning teams up to date on key industry reports and trends.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

• Support the team with campaign effectiveness- understanding and interpreting clients KPIS, project management, analysis and reporting of data and client debriefs
• Regular analysis of syndicated research studies and reporting findings to the business – such as GWI/AMS to support briefs and planning teams
• Creative regular effectiveness collateral to communicate internally
• Manage the creative effectiveness process and look to increase uptake among clients
• Keeping up to date with market trends and communicating to the business
• Provide broad market, category report and client reports to the business
• Develop and grow industry knowledge through attendance of internal and external training programmes – become a member of the Talon Executive programme
• Share knowledge and best practice across the team and business
• Get involved in wider company initiatives including new business pitches, comittees, etc
• Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures
• Demonstrate proper care and respect for corporate assets
