The Role

Infrastructure Architects serve as the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. They hold a technical leadership role, guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, project executives, and sometimes vendors. From project initiation—understanding needs and devising the best technical solutions—to delivery, ensuring the right product is delivered on time and within budget, they lead the process.

As an Infrastructure Architect, you will leverage your talent and experience. You will bring vision, knowledge, and leadership to each project, acting as the subject matter expert—consulting with clients, gathering inputs, understanding requirements, and defining how Kyndryl can meet those needs. You will design optimal solutions and lead their implementation.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Strong understanding of Data Center components: Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Applications & Databases
• Knowledge of Systems and Solutions Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Data Center technologies, Cloud software, and interoperability

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in interacting with stakeholders at all levels
