Mission:

As a Senior Software Developer, you will transform business requirements into robust software solutions. You will develop and maintain Java applications, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and security. You will support and troubleshoot issues for clients using our products, ensuring seamless operation. You will report to the Software Development Manager and contribute to delivering high-quality software in the payments, Digital Identity, and telecoms industries.

Activities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based software applications, ensuring alignment with requirements and standards.
• Support and troubleshoot platform functionality in customer environments.
• Collaborate on innovative projects and existing products, including telecom and identity technologies like Smartcards, server platforms, and hardware.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Engage with industry standards such as 5G, Mobile Driving License, and Embedded SIM cards.
• Own core applications from architecture to delivery and maintenance.
• Participate in Agile workflows to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

Job Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of Java Software Development experience.
• Proficient in Java, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Experience with Java GUI frameworks (e.g., Swing) and writing clean, reusable Java code.
• Nice to have: Cloud experience (e.g., Azure), Android Application Development.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of design and architectural patterns for scalable applications.
• Proficient with versioning tools (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven), CI/CD, and automated testing.
