Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Applications Specialist, Cardiology – Enterprise Informatics

Role Overview: As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will ensure successful clinical adoption of Philips solutions and address customer inquiries related to cardiology products.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute significantly to growing our Enterprise Informatics business by implementing solutions and providing application consulting to healthcare customers.
  2. Assist in developing new solutions and consulting methods, and participate in solution design and delivery activities.
  3. Engage in customer-facing consulting projects, primarily project-based.
  4. Work within the Professional Services – Cardiology UKI team, supporting our Enterprise Informatics business.
  5. This role covers the UK & I and is remote-based, requiring willingness to travel (up to 30%) and support team activities.

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, medical, or a related science field.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Medical Industry, Clinical Support, or Healthcare.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Flexibility to travel within UK, Ireland (30%), and across Europe as needed.
  • Qualification in Diagnostic Ultrasound.
  • Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist/Sonographer in a clinical environment.
  • Experience in training and teaching.
  • BSE accreditation (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Philips ISCV and experience with Philips CVIS system or related registries (desirable).

Additional Notes: A standard DBS check will be required due to the healthcare environment.

Working Style:

We believe in working better together. Office-based teams work onsite at least 3 days/week. Field roles are primarily outside main facilities, at customer or supplier locations. This role is field-based.
