Chef Manager - East Kilbride

Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our Eurest team in East Kilbride. You will be providing outstanding service to the staff at the resort while guiding and motivating your team to be the best they can possibly be.

Services provided include breakfast, lunch, dinner, vending, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understand and deliver all contractual terms
• Communicate any on-site client changes to line manager
• Maintain regular communication with the client
• Complete action plans following client satisfaction surveys
• Ensure all company promotions are correctly implemented
• Identify additional opportunities and discuss with line manager
• Analyze and manage all in-unit costs effectively
• Monitor and manage gross profit
• Maintain accurate cost and sales records
• Record and minimize food wastage
• Support, train, coach, and develop your team
• Implement and review all relevant HSE procedures within the unit
• Ensure all HSE incidents are properly reported and investigated, with relevant reviews of work procedures

About You

• Experience in contract catering
• Previous culinary experience essential
• Management experience in a similar role
• Passionate about working in a food service environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work positively with others as part of a team
• Friendly, helpful, and polite
