Based in Nottingham, we are looking to expand our Smart metering Team due to continued success & growth and have created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Smart Advisor, ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to our Yu Energy customers.

What We Need from Yü

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Implementing smart metering strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Experience working with a Smart Adapter is preferred.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience and ensure third-party contractual obligations are met.
• Conducting performance reviews, one-to-ones, and return-to-work meetings.
• Investigating and resolving escalated customer queries, tickets, and complaints.
• Ensuring team processes and KPIs are met.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
• Representing Yu Energy Values and Habits at all times.
