Refresco, the world’s leading independent soft drinks producer, seeks an expert Organisational Change Manager working as an integral part of the Refresco UK SAP Implementation Programme Team, to develop and implement change management strategies that maximise employee adoption and usage of a single ERP application landscape (SAP S/4HANA) and standard business processes.

About the Role
You will report to the Programme Manager, working closely with the entire SAP S/4 HANA Programme team plus your key stakeholders amongst the wider Refresco UK senior management team.

About You
You will need to have in depth, extensive and demonstrable experience in organisational change management programme design and implementation related to SAP or similar large scale, multi-site ERP solutions.
You will need extensive, and practical experience of building trust, engaging, and inspiring desire to implement change amongst the senior stakeholder population and you will have a proven track record of successfully leading organisational change initiatives related to technology implementations preferably SAP or other ERP platforms.
You will need to utilise your experience and knowledge of change management methodologies, strategies, and principles to successfully deliver in this role. Of course, you will be only too familiar with the core competences needed in such a role – inspirational communication, a great listener, outstanding organisational, project planning and time management abilities and fabulous analytical and problem solving skills.
