Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multidisciplined practice who operate on a nationwide practice and work on high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an Architectural Technologist to work on a range of Defence projects for their Nottingham Studio.

Daily Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Provide architectural design services and project management to a range of sectors

* Work on projects that are focused on defence, secure infrastructure, and aviation industries

* Manage a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project

* Produce technical packages from conception through to completion

* Submit planning and building regulation applications

* Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* BSc within Architectural Technology

* Strong post qualification experience within a UK practice

* MCIAT registered or working towards it

* Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit

* Experience working on projects within the defence sector would be desirable

* Job running experience

* Strong technical and design skills

* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
