A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy require an Architectural Technologist to join their recently established design team in Nottingham…

Conrad Consulting have a long-standing relationship with this well-established and highly-reputable firm and it would be fair to say that they sit firmly amongst the leading companies to work for in the UK, with them adding a Nottingham office to their UK wide offering in recent years. Providing construction and property consultancy across the majority of industry sectors.

The company as a whole work across a multitude of sectors, but the Nottingham office predominantly focus on Defence sector work, which will require security clearance for any Architectural Technologist interested in applying to this role. Due to requiring security clearance, the following is required:

• Comfortable going through BPSS & SC clearances
• Lived in the UK for the past 5 years minimum
• British National
• Valid UK passport
• Valid UK drivers license

Architectural Technologist Requirements:

• MCIAT accredited Architectural Technologist (ideally), with a degree in Architectural Technology.
• Approx. 5 years of industry experience would be ideal.
• Experience of working in the Defence sector would be ideal, but a varied background may also be suitable.
• Have thorough working knowledge of 3D Revit/AutoCAD and be comfortable starting drawings from scratch.
• BIM experience using REVIT.
• Experienced in networking and client facing roles.
• Thorough understanding of the Building Regulations.

The successful Architectural Technologist will receive a highly competitive salary likely to be in the region of £35,000-£45,000 depending on current roles, responsibilities and previous experience.
