Role Summary

As the Transformation Communications Manager, you will support the Transformation Communications and Change Lead with planning and execution of Transformation communications. This is a challenging role that will involve day-to-day liaison with KDN Leaders. All outputs and outcomes must be to the highest standard and the successful candidate will need to display exceptional communication and influencing skills, as well as a keen sense of business acumen and professional judgment. Partnering with KDN team members to identify creative and effective ways to communicate with various KPMG audiences. This role involves the creation and delivery of communication plans, stakeholder maps and a seamless integration with project teams and change management In your role, you will help shape communications to drive change adoption and efficiency, minimise disruptions and optimise outcomes during the transition period. You will provide SME guidance to project managers and teams while managing stakeholder relationships and change throughout the transition.

How you will make your mark

• Work closely with the Transformation Communications and Change Lead to develop and execute project and programme communication plans

• Present KPMG and KDN change strategy/reports/findings to senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and impact skills and commercial understanding

• Work with all KDN functions to ensure a joined up and integrated approach to communications

• Champion the use of new, innovative ways of communicating with stakeholders and staff

•Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment and adjust course based on program priorities, new initiatives, delegation of responsibilities, etc.

• Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work challenging hours to accommodate the schedule of a global team (early morning and/or late evening meetings, ensuring those you’re working with in different time zones have what they need to continue work during their day, etc.)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Legal and the Global Delivery Centres Transformation Communications:

• Manage multiple projects or programs, either as a sole contributor, or as part of a team of professionals

• Operationalise knowledge of transformation communications best practices, employing them consistently • Work with the business and project teams to implement communications strategies to support colleagues and stakeholders during transitions

• Chart communications delivery timelines, milestones, and deliverables to track progress and ensure timely completion

• Coordinate closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment of communications and to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate and manage expectations effectively to ensure understanding and buy-in from all affected parties.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project communications related activities for internal and external stakeholders throughout the transition process.

• Maintain open lines of communication and provide regular updates on transition progress.

• Gather feedback and address concerns to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

This is the job for you if you have

• ABachelor’s degree in communications, relevant professional industry qualification and relevant industry experience

• Significant communications experience with demonstrable experience in internal communications

• Strong experience supporting communications for significant projects/programs

• Proven knowledge of implementing communications and change management programs

• Strong influencing and communication skills to act professionally, calmly and persuasively when dealing with key internal stakeholders

• Proven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders

• Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to grasp business objectives and translate into actionable technical and functional requirements • - Experience writing and editing communications for broad audiences, including leadership and practitioners

• Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with ability to simplify and explain specific updates to stakeholders of all levels across multiple levels, functions, platforms, member countries

• Proven ability to create, engage and maintain a strong professional network to achieve corporate goals

• Enjoy delivering as part of a team

• The ability to make quick, sound decisions and work in an agile way

• Apply a strategic perspective – spotting opportunities to drive better results

• Willingness to work flexible hours as required - connecting and collaborating with colleagues in different time zones
