Graduate Sales Executive - Lead Generation & Business Development

Location: Manchester City Centre, Office Based

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 with incredible bonuses and OTE GBP45,000 (uncapped in Year 1). Progression opportunities to become a Business Development Manager with significant earning potential.

About the Role

This is a graduate sales position focused on selling wellbeing and mental health business services. The role involves lead generation, business development, and inside sales within the B2B mental health solutions market. The Role

• Post training (2-4 weeks), focus on closing deals and supporting companies to support their employees.
• Engage with decision makers at senior levels.
• Collaborate with Wellbeing Consultants to maintain high performance.
• Build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly appointment setting and revenue targets.
• Perform additional tasks as required by management, ensuring targets are met in a compliant manner.
