Graduate Sales Executive - Lead Generation - Business Development – Inside Sales – B2B Sales - Mental Health Business Services

Salary: £25,000 with bonuses and OTE of £45,000 in the first year. Opportunity to progress to BDM with significant earning potential. Office based in Manchester City Centre with benefits including on-site gym, good transport links, and a positive team environment. Responsibilities
  1. Post training, engage with decision makers at a senior level to promote mental health solutions.
  2. Build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline.
  3. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for appointments and revenue.
  4. Collaborate with Wellbeing Consultants to ensure high performance.
  5. Conduct other business tasks as directed by management, ensuring compliance and achievement of targets.
