Join Our Team as a Catering Supervisor

We are recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. This role involves confidently overseeing all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 16.25 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will ensure our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and help deliver incredible food experiences. Please note: This role is contracted to 42.6 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
2. Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure delivery of impeccable food and customer service
3. Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
4. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
5. Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
6. Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to enable excellence
7. Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional service
• Minimum of two years catering experience
• Experience managing teams in a similar role
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to upskill
