Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role |

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, inspiring and engaging your team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
  • Is prepared to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
  • Has knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives and needs
