Job Description:

The Product Control Lead Analyst is a senior position responsible for managing the Product Accounting team for Markets Controllers, focusing on data integrity and results globally. The role includes overseeing product processor governance for various products (securities, loans, deposits, secured finance transactions, etc.), managing financial reporting, and reducing regulatory risks. The position also involves managing external audits, ensuring the integrity of books and records, and collaborating with key stakeholders on corporate initiatives and strategic implementations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee closing the books and sub-ledgers, including adjustments and consolidation of financials at period-end.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in complex disciplinary areas.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors.
  • Provide services across multiple businesses or regions.
  • Leverage comprehensive finance knowledge to achieve departmental goals.
  • Operate independently with limited supervision.
  • Exercise judgment and autonomy.
  • Serve as SME to senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage teams effectively.
  • Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the firm's reputation, clients, and assets.
