Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, user-focused UX/UI Designer to help revolutionize healthcare technology. As the third designer on our team, you will shape our platform's future, own design initiatives, and make a real difference in the lives of care home residents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and users, you will deliver intuitive, impactful solutions for a product relied upon by tens of thousands.

This hybrid role reports to the Head of Product and involves working from our Farringdon office with occasional travel to care homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct user research with UK-based care home staff and managers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are usable, feasible, and impactful.
• Test, iterate, and document designs for seamless implementation.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and responsive design.
