Job description

Marketing Manager - LUXE Division

I am the MARKETING MANAGER responsible for building the brand's long-term marketing strategy in the UKI, leading my team to execute campaigns seamlessly with the Trade Activation Team and key stakeholders. I serve as a storyteller and the voice of the brand DNA across the company, developing and coaching my team, providing mentorship, and partnering closely with my General Manager.

A Day in the Life - Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analysis & Diagnostic:
    • Guide my team to analyze business performance (sell-out) and customer data to derive insights.
    • Monitor competitor activities to identify best practices.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the advocacy landscape.
  2. Strategy & Vision:
    • Inspire my team to think long-term and align on common goals.
    • Define marketing strategies, advocacy, pricing, customer targeting, and investment choices to drive brand growth through increased recruitment and loyalty.
    • Create zone decks and presentations for senior stakeholders.
    • Communicate strategic vision through storytelling and presentations.
    • Translate strategies into clear briefs for internal teams and agencies.
    • Uphold the Brand DNA and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all communications.
  3. Execution:
    • Define investment strategies and allocate budgets.
    • Support forecasting and ROI analysis for advocacy and influence activities.
    • Validate media briefs, launch forecasts, and activation principles.
    • Collaborate with DMI and Zone teams on campaigns and launches.
