Job description

I am the Marketing Manager responsible for developing the brand’s long-term marketing strategy in the UKI and leading my team to execute campaigns seamlessly with the Trade Activation Team and key stakeholders. I serve as the storyteller and voice of the brand DNA across the company. I also develop, coach, and mentor my team, supporting the wider marketing community. Additionally, I am a key partner to my General Manager.

A DAY IN THE LIFE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Analysis & Diagnostic:
  • Guide my team to collaborate with experts across the company, analyzing business performance (sell-out) and customer data to derive insights.
  • Monitor competitor activities to identify best practices.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the advocacy landscape.
  • Strategy & Vision:
    • Inspire my team to think long-term and rally everyone around common goals.
    • Define the marketing strategy, advocacy strategy, pricing, customer targeting, and investment choices in partnership with Finance, aiming to drive brand growth through increased recruitment and loyalty.
    • Create zone decks and presentations for senior stakeholders.
    • Communicate the strategic vision through storytelling and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Translate strategy into clear briefs for internal teams and agencies.
    • Uphold the Brand DNA and positioning.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all communication touchpoints.
  • Execution:
    • Define investment strategies and allocate budget envelopes for teams.
    • Support advocacy and influence teams with forecasting and ROI analysis.
    • Validate launch forecasts and guiding principles for activation teams.
    • Collaborate with DMI and Zone to communicate local needs and co-create future campaigns and launches.
