A leading company in the beauty industry is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies. This role involves leading a team, analyzing market data, and defining strategic visions to drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and storytelling skills, and will be committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
I am the Marketing Manager responsible for developing the brand’s long-term marketing strategy in the UKI and leading my team to execute campaigns seamlessly with the Trade Activation Team and key stakeholders. I serve as the storyteller and voice of the brand DNA across the company. I also develop, coach, and mentor my team, supporting the wider marketing community. Additionally, I am a key partner to my General Manager.
