Job description

Marketing Manager - LUXE Division

I am the MARKETING MANAGER responsible for building the brand’s long-term marketing strategy in the UKI, leading my team to orchestrate its end-to-end execution with the Trade Activation Team and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns. I am a storyteller and the voice of the brand DNA across the company. I develop and coach my team and provide mentorship for the marketing community. I am a key partner to my General Manager.

a Day In The Life – Key Responsibilities
  1. Analysis & Diagnostic
  2. Guide my team to work closely with experts across the company and deep dive into business performance (sell-out) and customer data to draw insights.
  3. Have a finger on the pulse of competitor activities to identify best practices.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of the advocacy landscape.
  5. Strategy & Vision
  6. Inspire my team to think big and long-term – rally everyone towards the team’s common goals.
  7. Help the team define the Marketing strategy, Advocacy strategy, Pricing Position, Customer targeting, and investment choices (in partnership with Finance) to drive brand growth through increased recruitment and loyalty.
  8. Build zone decks and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  9. Communicate the strategic vision through storytelling and presentations to internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Retail Drive, Collab Max, Conference, Drive Meetings).
  10. Support the team in translating strategy into clear briefs for internal stakeholders and agencies (e.g., Media Managers, Visual Merchandising Managers, Advocacy & Influence Managers, Activation Managers).
  11. Be the guardian of the Brand DNA and positioning.
  12. Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across all communication touchpoints.

Execution

  1. Define investment strategy and allocate budget envelopes for wider teams.
  2. Support Advocacy & Influence team on MIM view forecasting and ROI analysis.
  3. Validate media briefs and launch forecasts.
  4. Guide activation teams on forecasting Gift with Purchase, Samples, and Coffrets.
  5. Partner with DMI and Zone, communicate local needs, and co-create future campaigns and launches.
