Mission

Reporting to the Lead Verification & Test Engineer, this role involves undertaking Verification and Test activities for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, under the guidance of the Systems Engineering Manager. The role spans from concept to customer commissioning and field trials, ensuring solutions are safe, compliant, delivered on time, within budget, and meet specifications. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, manufacturing, service, and customers, is essential.

Main Responsibilities

1. Conduct Verification and Test activities across projects, collaborating effectively to achieve milestones.
2. Lead Verification and Test activities as requested, ensuring project success.
3. Support development of V&T plans for products, modules, and sub-assemblies, in line with Edwards processes.
4. Verify and test that designs meet requirements and standards through calculations, virtual testing, and physical testing.
5. Contribute to quality and cost objectives, ensuring work is accurate and completed on time.
6. Document verification and testing activities thoroughly and promptly.
7. Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify work packages and resolve issues.
8. Work across cross-functional teams and influence project direction for successful delivery.

Experience & Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered or working towards Registered Incorporated Engineer (desirable).
• Qualifications in Systems Engineering, Verification & Validation, or Functional Safety (desirable).

Experience:

• Over 3 years of verification and testing experience in product design within a related engineering industry.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering standards (desirable).
• Understanding of regulated industries, safety standards, and compliance (desirable).
