We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Reliability Engineering Expert for a permanent position with a global operator in the energy sector. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level guidance on complex reliability processes and equipment optimisation through detailed engineering analysis
Identify future operational challenges and perform reliability assessments to evaluate system performance and integrity
Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks associated with system and equipment failures
Lead and facilitate comprehensive root cause analyses for critical equipment and systems
Implement innovative technologies to improve equipment reliability and enhance operational efficiency
Deliver technical leadership in the design and development of reliability metrics, KPIs, and associated data architecture
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 20 years of experience in operations and maintenance within oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors
Strong background in reliability engineering and asset integrity management
Professional certification such as Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) preferred
Proven track record in implementing reliability strategies within complex industrial environments
