JOB TITLE: Operational Excellence Manager

SALARY: £65,385 - £72,650

LOCATION: Edinburgh or Bristol

Hours: Full Time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in the Edinburgh or Bristol office site

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Evaluating information, determining options, and applying judgment to drive organizational outcomes.
  • Identifying issues and creating effective solutions.
  • Driving innovation and implementing new technologies or processes.
  • Managing projects, organizing, and prioritizing work to meet requirements.
  • Communicating effectively to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.

What you’ll need
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery of business transformation initiatives.
