As a Salesforce Administrator, you are part of an Agile team helping to deliver world-class customer facing products. You will evangelise Salesforce within the company, working with Business stakeholders and the CRM Team to ensure requirements are delivered efficiently using Agile principles.
The role is primarily responsible for managing support activities of applications and systems within CRM Services, including Salesforce and PayPoint Back Office systems. A key focus is to reduce incidents and provide excellent service to business users serving Retailer and Merchant communities.
This position offers a mix of remote and onsite work at our Welwyn Garden City office, with onsite presence expected once a month for team meetings.
