Qualifications

What will you be doing?

As a Salesforce Administrator, you are part of an Agile team helping to deliver world-class customer facing products. You will evangelise Salesforce within the company, working with Business stakeholders and the CRM Team to ensure requirements are delivered efficiently using Agile principles.

The role is primarily responsible for managing support activities of applications and systems within CRM Services, including Salesforce and PayPoint Back Office systems. A key focus is to reduce incidents and provide excellent service to business users serving Retailer and Merchant communities.

What would we like from you?
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification with relevant experience
  • Handling escalation of issues from SFDC users and providing feedback
  • Managing user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, and licenses
  • Creating and customizing objects, fields, page layouts, security rules, workflows, and validation rules
  • Monitoring data quality, integrity, and user adoption
  • Implementing best practices for system maintenance, security, releases, data integrity, backups, etc.
  • Supporting all CRM systems including Salesforce and back-office systems
  • Ensuring proper controls for changes transitioned into production
  • Collaborating with Support Team on business change delivery
  • Contributing to the CRM roadmap and support initiatives
  • Promoting knowledge sharing within CRM Services
  • Desirable: Experience with Apex, triggers, batches, integrations, and best practices
It would be great if you already have...
  • 1-2 years experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com, with Lightning support at enterprise level
  • CPQ Advanced and Admin Advanced certifications (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of declarative tools like Process Builder and Lightning Flows
  • Experience with Sales and Service Clouds
  • Support team experience
  • SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures)
  • Azure Cloud experience
  • Strong communication skills
