What You'll Be Doing:

As the Receptionist/Administrator, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and efficient office experience. From welcoming guests with a smile to coordinating meetings and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, no two days will be the same!

Your responsibilities include:

Reception & Guest Experience
  • Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly
  • Answer calls and emails promptly and courteously
  • Ensure guests are directed efficiently and feel at home
Meeting & Event Coordination
  • Schedule meetings using Office Tracker
  • Prepare meeting rooms, organise catering, and keep spaces tidy
  • Support in-house and external event planning and logistics
Office & Facilities Management
  • Maintain clean, stocked communal areas
  • Oversee mail handling, including international deliveries
  • Manage office and kitchen supplies
Tech & Admin Support
  • Assist with video conferencing and room setups
  • Troubleshoot minor tech issues to keep things running smoothly
