Recruitment Consultant (Professional Services)

Location: Tadley (Flexible Hybrid Working)

Working Pattern: Flexible Hours | Part or Full-Time Considered

What You’ll Be Doing

This is not a cold-desk role – it’s about quality delivery, warm relationships, and driving results in a mapped-out market:

• Manage established key client accounts
• Run the full 360° recruitment lifecycle (briefing to placement)
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Firefish CRM daily
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with care
• Post roles via LinkedIn, Optimum, and other platforms
• Deliver outstanding service – not sales

Who We’re Looking For

You could be an experienced Recruiter, a skilled Resourcer, or a graduate with excellent people skills and attention to detail:

• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Based within 30 minutes of Basingstoke (RG26)
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Recruitment or resourcing experience (ideal, not essential)
