Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This role offers a great opportunity to work for a company providing services to public sector clients and contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials according to contract manuals and procedural documents, meeting quality and time standards under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing and managing open incidents daily, ensuring timely resolution.
• Experience with IP networks and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products is preferred.
