We are currently recruiting for a Business Governance Analyst to join our established and experienced team on a hybrid basis.

Your Role

As a Business Governance Analyst, you'll be part of the Commercial and Specialty Lines Business Governance Team, playing a key role in maintaining and supporting governance and control management processes across the business. You'll use your experience to support operational processes, ensuring good control frameworks are in place to identify, monitor, and reduce potential customer detriment or business risk.

Your responsibilities include validating against RSA policy standards, supporting the identification of new risks and controls, monitoring incidents, and helping implement action plans. You'll review key risk and control indicators regularly to ensure alignment with the business's risk profile. Additionally, you will generate accurate and timely MI reports to keep everything on track, execute the annual control monitoring plan, and collaborate closely with teams for its successful implementation. Your expertise will guide the business on risk and operational controls, ensuring effectiveness.

Please note this is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm).

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in quality control and analysis, ideally within a complex regulated environment involving large-scale operations. A good understanding of modern governance, risk, and control frameworks, especially in conduct, product, and the three lines of defence model, is essential. Experience within the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable. You should also have experience delivering, monitoring, and maintaining effective processes and controls, and be able to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable solutions in a dynamic environment.
